Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Arrival (check-in):
after 2:00 PM
Departure (check-out):
by 10:00 AM
Reservation and payment:
• A deposit of 50% of the total stay price is payable by bank transfer.
• The reservation is considered binding only once the deposit has been credited to the account.
• The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 48 hours before the start of the stay, according to the owner’s instructions.
Cancellation policy (deposit refund):
• 30 days or more before arrival – 100% of the deposit refunded
• 29–15 days before arrival – 50% of the deposit refunded
• 14 days or less before arrival – deposit is non-refundable
Security deposit:
• A refundable security deposit of €700 is required prior to arrival.
• The deposit will be returned 1 week after departure once the cottage has been thoroughly checked for damages.
Pets:
• Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning and bed linen:
• Final cleaning and bed linen change are mandatory and charged at €100.
• Cleaning by guests does not replace this service – no exceptions are offered.
Local taxes:
• The local tax payable to the municipality of Hronec is €0.50 per person per night and is charged separately.
House rules and additional information:
• The cottage is intended for recreational stays only.
• Celebrations, parties, loud events, and groups of young people are not permitted.
• The property is monitored by a CCTV system (exterior). Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of the stay without any refund.
• A rental agreement must be signed between the property owner and the guest at the start of the stay.
• Further rules and additional information will be provided to guests prior to arrival.
